Q1 – Can I pay by credit or debit card?
Yes we take all major credit / debit cards except Diners Club.

Q2 – Can I book in advance?
Yes our modern management system allows us to take booking as far in advance as you want to. Contact us to book.

Q3 – Can I book a return trip?
When you call to arrange your outward journey our staff will ask you if you wish to book a return journey. Contact us to book.

Q4 – How will I know when my private hire vehicle has arrived?
Dependant on networks, we will send you an SMS text message when the car arrives at your pick up point.

Q5 – What if the driver is running late?
Our staff will endeavour to contact you and advise you of any known delays that may have put us behind schedule.

Q6 – Do you provide child/baby seats?
Unfortunately under current legislation we are not required to carry such equipment, but we are happy to store yours for you and use them for your return journey at no additional charge.

Q7 – Do I need to wear a seat belt?
Yes all passengers are required by law to wear seat belts.

Q8 – How do you charge for a journeys with extra pick-ups or drop off?
We charge from zone to zone, but in the case of multiple zone we would discount the zone to zone charge by £2.50 for each zone to take into account the minimum. Contact us to book.

Q9 – Do I get a discount for a return trip?
Regrettably not, you can book a return trip to ensure you get a car when you want it but we do not discount for those trips.

10 What happens if my flight is late? We use various web site track flights, however we cannot be held responsible if we are unable to obtain flight information on your local landing time.
